I’ve ordered from Paula’s Choice a few times now, usually when I’m running low on skincare and tell myself I’m just going to buy one thing, which almost never happens. The prices feel reasonable for what you get, especially since they have sales regularly. A couple of the products have lasted me a surprisingly long time too, so I don’t feel like I’m burning through money every month. Overall, I’d say it’s good value, and reordering is easy enough that I don’t really have to think about it much

I’ve ordered from Paula’s Choice a few times now, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised every time. The ordering process is easy, everything shows up quickly, and the products actually work well with my skin. No irritation, no weird issues, just a really smooth experience overall. I’ll definitely be reordering when I start running low

I was excited to try this because it seemed like it would be a good fit for my routine. At first, everything felt fine, and I really wanted it to work out. But after using it for a bit, my oily skin started acting up and I noticed a few breakouts popping up. Nothing too dramatic, but enough that I had to stop using it. I can see it being great for someone else, just sadly not for me.

I started the subscription for my Paula’s Choice exfoliant because I was always realizing too late that I was almost out. So far the auto-replenish thing has been easy, and the reminder emails before it ships are actually useful, not just the usual overly polished company-speak I tend to ignore.
I like that I can move the date or skip a shipment if I don’t need it yet. Nothing fancy, no big “seamless experience” nonsense, it just does what it’s supposed to do and saves me a little trouble.

I don’t know, I’ve just always gotten a good vibe from them. Everything feels straightforward and trustworthy, and I haven’t really had any reason to second-guess it, so yeah, I’d say I trust them totally.

But yeah, some pages took a bit longer to load than I expected, and the filters were kind of confusing in a few spots. Checkout went fine, though, so that part was smooth. Some of the products worked well for me, but the toner made my face red and started to sting after using it. I think it might just be a bit too strong if you have sensitive skin like I do.

Well... my Paula’s Choice order showed up today and it was all exactly what I ordered. Nothing was missing, the shades and sizes were right, and it was packed well too. Happy with it and I’d definitely order again.

Support did get back to me eventually, so that was good. It just took a couple of days, which felt kind of slow... I was expecting to hear something a little sooner.

My order did show up later than expected, which was a little annoying, not gonna lie. But everything was fine when it got here, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Delivery just seems a bit hit or miss, hit or miss.

I’ve been using the new formula and it feels nicer than the old one to me. It’s less sticky, which I really appreciate, and my skin seems to be reacting well to it. It’s not absolutely perfect, but the small things don’t bother me much since overall it’s a better fit for my routine.

"My skin feels way smoother now"
I ended up ordering from Paula's Choice after seeing a bunch of people mention it for skin texture, i’m kind of glad I did. I’ve tried enough products that make big promises and then just sit there doing nothing, so I wasn’t expecting a miracle.
After a few weeks, though, my face really does feel smoother, especially on my cheeks and forehead. The little rough bumps haven’t completely disappeared, but they’re way less obvious, which is more than I can say for some other stuff I’ve wasted money on.
Shipping was fine, and the site was easy enough to use. I’ll keep using it for now because my skin genuinely feels better, and it’s nice when something actually does what it’s supposed to.

"Finally, something that doesn’t smell like perfume"
I’m relieved Paula’s Choice keeps things fragrance free. My skin is super picky and gets irritated easily, but this didn’t sting or leave my face smelling like a bouquet. It’s simple, gentle, and does what I need it to do. I’d definitely appreciate a coupon or some kind of compensation for sticking with products like this, because fragrance-free options that actually work aren’t always easy to find
