"Fantastic products!"
I really love their skincare products. I have been using them for a little over a year now. I do wish they weren't quite so expensive, but the good news is that they are always running sales. I subscribe to the text alerts and I swear there's a 20% sale every single day.
My skin is combination oily (forehead) and dry (around nose). I deal with redness and blemishes around my nose and chin.
Would recommend the 2% BHA exfoliant, the azelaic acid booster, the 10% Niacinamide Booster, and the daily sunscreen moisturizer.

"Customer service"
So I ordered a product from here 10 days ago and it hadn’t come because of Hermes (a totally unreliable service). I phoned customer service today and they’re sending me out a new one that will be here in 2-3 days. Top customer service and the lady couldn’t have been nicer. The only thing I can suggest is you change your courier from Hermes :)

"I have seen a HUGE difference"
I have seen a HUGE difference. I have tried so many different products for my acne or milia that was on my face and after 14 days the bigger bumps cleared up under my eyes to where you see no trace of them being on my face. I use 3 different products; the cleanser, exfoliate, and treatment and with those three made my face so clear and I’m such a happier person. I love Paulas Choice products and I will definitely be spreading the word and buying more products.

I'm extremely glad I came across this company because they are the best! Their products works like magic, no doubt about it. I see improvements on my skin that I have never seen before. I have been using clear extra strength kit for 2 weeks and change to regular strength these past 10 days but nothing changed on my face, i got sting and redness, bumps n pustules.the pimples still there or even new ones came. i've been using day and night. was it reaction or purging? can u suggest me what should i do. i heard from my friend that they have succeed survive from acne coz of this product but why it didn't work well for me? any suggestions?

“Wait for sale. Sign up for rebate site. In addition, check out beautypedia. In fact found a website with terrific beauty /treatment products. Much cheaper. How ever effectiveness unknown Paula's choice product , a little bit goes a long way. Yes they are worth the money”
